    Delivery Information

    Delivery Fees

    You'll be charged a fixed delivery fee for your order. You are only charged delivery for one gift in your order, the rest are delivered free, so whether you're getting one or one hundred gifts, your delivery cost will be the same!

    • Orders over $50 - FREE (Standard Delivery)

      Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

    • Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - $6.99

      Orders placed before 11:30am are ordinarily dispatched from our warehouse the same day and shipped via a Hermes tracked service.

      Order by 7pm - Tracked and signed for service so you can follow your parcel’s progress right up to your door! Orders will typically be delivered as a next day delivery. For orders placed Sunday – Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday using Guaranteed Next Day Delivery will arrive on Monday. This service is only available to UK & US addresses; it is not available to customers within the Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles & Northern Ireland. Items from our partners (3rd party suppliers) are also excluded from Next Day Delivery. 

    • Express Tracked Delivery - Order Before 7pm - $5.99

      Order Before 7pm - Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.

      This delivery option is a tracked and signed for service. Full tracking details will be provided with your dispatch email

    • Standard Delivery - $3.99

      Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. Please note: there is an additional surcharge of $2.00 if your order contains one or more items from one of our partner suppliers

    • Highlands & Islands Standard Delivery - $5.99

      Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

      This is for delivery to The Channel Islands, the Scottish Highlands & Islands & The Isle of Man. Express delivery to these locations is currently unavailable.

    • Northern Ireland Standard Delivery - $5.99

      Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

      This is for delivery to Northern Ireland. Express delivery to this location is currently unavailable.

    Delivery times may vary for products supplied by our partners (2-6 working days).

    Products supplied by our partners are indicated on the product page and in your basket. For our standard delivery, your parcel is fully tracked to give you peace of mind. Full tracking details will be provided with your dispatch email.

    Highlands & Islands Standard Delivery

    Nothern Ireland delivery is not available for some items sent from of our partners (3rd party suppliers).

    Out of Stock Products

    If a product is out of stock then you will not be able to order the product and it will be marked as "sold out".

    Non Delivered Items

    If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item.

    Boxiify continually look to carry a wide and varied range of innovative, unique and premium quality products. A number of these are personalised or handmade. Likewise a number of the products are bespoke and made for the customer on an individual basis.

    The upshot of this is that we have a wide and varied fluctuation on our delivery times ranging from next day through to a month.

    In all instances however, the estimated dispatch time is indicated with regards to every individual product.

    Boxiify.com will endeavour to dispatch these products within the said dispatch times, and in the vast majority of cases, we will actually dispatch earlier than the allotted time.

    We endeavour to meet our products estimated dispatch times on all orders placed before 3:00pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be processed the following working day. Please note this excludes weekends and public holidays. For example, an order placed at 4:00pm on a Friday will not be processed for dispatch until the following Monday.
